NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING A PRIZE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
NOTE: THESE OFFICIAL RULES CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, WITHOUT ANY RIGHT TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT, AND LIMITS THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF CERTAIN DISPUTES.
Eligibility
The Rewards, Inc. NFT Sweepstakes Code Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry, are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their local jurisdiction. Void where prohibited by law. Directors, officers, employees, and agents of Rewards, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, suppliers, distributors, retailers, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and step-relations) and household members (people sharing the same residence at least three months per year) are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Illinois law. Participation constitutes the entrant’s (“Entrant”) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Rewards, Inc.’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sweepstakes Entry Period
The Sweepstakes Entry Period begins on April 21, 2025, at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on July 20, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Entry Period will be void. Rewards, Inc. is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
How to Enter the Sweepstakes
There is only one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes:
No Purchase Mail-In Entry: To receive one (1) entry without making a purchase, complete the following steps: (i) mail one (1) envelope to Rewards, Inc. NFT Sweepstakes Code Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1009, Crystal Lake, IL 60039-1009, containing (1) one (1) self-addressed, postage-paid No. 10 envelope (except Illinois residents are not required to affix return postage), and (2) a 3x5 index card with the Entrant’s first name, last name, postal address, and email address, handwritten in non-black ink. Limit one entry request per outer envelope. The information provided may be used to verify the Entrant’s submission. (ii) Upon receipt of a compliant entry request, one (1) unique Sweepstakes Code will be mailed to the Entrant in the provided self-addressed envelope. (iii) Upon receiving the Sweepstakes Code, the Entrant must visit the Sweepstakes microsite at https://scratch.cards/sweepstakes follow the prompts to enter their email address, crypto wallet address, and unique Sweepstakes Code, check the box to confirm acceptance of these Official Rules and Rewards, Inc.’s Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Publicity Release, and submit the entry. If you do not have a crypto wallet, you can create one for free. All requests for Sweepstakes Codes must be postmarked by 11:59 p.m. CT on July 20, 2025, and received no later than July 27, 2025. All Sweepstakes Codes must be entered on the Sweepstakes microsite by 11:59 p.m. CT on August 3, 2025. No service charge or fee applies to this entry method. Mail sent to any other address will be disqualified and destroyed.
Rewards, Inc. may reject any entry, in its sole discretion, if the entry: contains illegal, offensive, obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory content; violates third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, privacy); is threatening, profane, or harassing; portrays Rewards, Inc. negatively; or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. Entries must not duplicate other entries or third-party works. Rewards, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules.

Maximum Number of Sweepstakes Entries
Limit of 10 entries per person/household during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, regardless of entry method.
Prizes
There are a total of 10,000 NFT Prizes available in the Sweepstakes (each an “NFT Prize”). Each NFT Prize is a non-fungible token (NFT) from one of the following Rewards, Inc. Themed Sweepstakes Code Series, awarded randomly:

To claim an NFT Prize, winners must have a crypto wallet. NFT Prizes are recorded on a public blockchain for transparency.
THE NFT PRIZES ARE OFFERED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE BY REWARDS, INC., OTHER THAN WHAT IS EXPRESSLY INCLUDED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
All expenses not listed in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the verified NFT Prize winner. Until awarded, NFT Prizes are nontransferable. Rewards, Inc. reserves the right to substitute an NFT Prize, in whole or in part, for one of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the verified NFT Prize winner. Winners must comply with all security and eligibility requirements, including signing any requested documents (e.g., releases).
Winner Selection
Approximately 10,000 randomly generated winning times will be seeded during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and the 14 days thereafter (i.e., April 21, 2025, through August 3, 2025). If you are the first Entrant to enter a Sweepstakes Code on the Sweepstakes microsite at or after a randomly generated winning time, you will be notified in real-time on the microsite that you are a potential winner of an NFT Prize. The NFT Prize will be automatically mailed to the potential winner’s address or crypto wallet using the wallet details provided during entry. Odds of winning depend on the date/time of entry, the number of NFT Prizes remaining, and the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and the 14 days thereafter.
Verification of Potential NFT Prize Winner
POTENTIAL NFT PRIZE WINNERS’ ELIGIBILITY IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY REWARDS, INC., WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.
Potential winners must continue to comply with these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Rewards, Inc. may conduct a background and security clearance check on potential winners. Potential winners must execute and return, within two (2) business days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) to claim their NFT Prize. In the event: (a) a potential winner cannot be reached after reasonable effort; (b) notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable; (c) a potential winner declines or cannot accept the NFT Prize; (d) a potential winner is ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules; or (e) a potential winner fails to fulfill Affidavit obligations, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected from eligible entries at Rewards, Inc.’s discretion. Rewards, Inc. reserves the right to modify notification and Affidavit procedures for alternate winners. Potential winners will be contacted via the email or phone number provided during entry.
Entry Conditions and Release
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), and such platforms are not associated with the Sweepstakes. Questions or complaints must be directed to Rewards, Inc., not third-party platforms. By entering, each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with these Official Rules and Rewards, Inc.’s decisions, which are binding; (b) release and hold harmless Rewards, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any claims, expenses, or liabilities, including negligence, damages, invasion of privacy, defamation, intellectual property infringement, or injury arising from participation, entry submission, or use/misuse of an NFT Prize; and (c) indemnify and defend the Released Parties against claims or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from participation or use/misuse of an NFT Prize.
Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the verified NFT Prize winner’s consent to Rewards, Inc.’s use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, though Rewards, Inc. is not obligated to make such use.
General Conditions
Rewards, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined in its sole discretion. Rewards, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and Rewards, Inc. reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Rewards, Inc.’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
In the event of a dispute regarding an Entrant’s identity, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of being the authorized account holder. All entry information becomes the sole property of Rewards, Inc. and will not be returned.
Rewards, Inc. may enable third-party material (e.g., payment processors, logistics providers, or links to third-party websites) on its website (“Third-Party Content”). Entrants are responsible for transactions or interactions with third parties, and Rewards, Inc. does not endorse or guarantee Third-Party Content. Use of Third-Party Content is at the Entrant’s risk and subject to third-party terms and privacy policies.
Entrants assume all risks associated with using Internet-based cryptocurrencies, including NFT Prizes, such as hardware/software issues, malicious software, or unauthorized access to crypto wallets. Rewards, Inc. is not responsible for adverse effects from such risks.
Limitations of Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants or Sweepstakes programming; (b) technical failures, including network or hardware malfunctions; (c) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process; (d) technical or human errors in Sweepstakes administration; (e) injury or damage from participation or use/misuse of an NFT Prize; or (f) lost, late, incomplete, or damaged entries or notifications due to computer, human, or technical errors, including spam filters or inactive email accounts. If an Entrant’s entry is erroneously deleted or lost, their sole remedy is another entry, if feasible. No more than the stated number of NFT Prizes will be awarded. If the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned due to governmental orders, force majeure, technical failures, fraud, or other causes beyond Rewards, Inc.’s control, Rewards, Inc. may cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and select winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date.
BY ENTERING, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (1) DISPUTES OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES OR NFT PRIZES ARE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS (NOT EXCEEDING $100), EXCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (2) ENTRANTS WAIVE RIGHTS TO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY.
FOR ILLINOIS ENTRANTS: Entrants waive all rights under any Illinois law similar to California Civil Code Section 1542, which protects against unknown claims, to the extent permitted by law.
Dispute Resolution
Except where prohibited by law, Entrants agree that: (1) disputes or claims arising from the Sweepstakes or NFT Prizes shall be resolved individually, without class action, through final and binding arbitration under JAMS rules at the JAMS office in Chicago, Illinois; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration proceedings; and (3) arbitration awards may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. All issues concerning these Official Rules or the rights of Entrants and Rewards, Inc. shall be governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any provision of these Official Rules is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. In case of discrepancies between Sweepstakes materials and these Official Rules, the Official Rules prevail.
Entrant’s Personal Information
Entrants will be contacted using the email or phone provided during entry. By participating, Entrants authorize Rewards, Inc. to collect, use, process, transfer, and store provided data, including personal data, in the United States or other locations as needed for Sweepstakes administration, in accordance with the Privacy Policy at https://scratch.cards/privacy. Personal information will be used only to: (a) provide Sweepstakes information; (b) contact or publicize potential winners; or (c) send additional information if opted-in by the Entrant. Eligibility is not dependent on consenting to receive commercial emails. Entrants must complete all required non-optional data fields to be eligible.
Sweepstakes Results
For the Sweepstakes results, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winners’ List, Rewards, Inc. NFT Sweepstakes Code Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1009, Crystal Lake, IL 60039-1009. Requests must be received within 60 calendar days after the Sweepstakes Entry Period ends (i.e., by September 18, 2025).
